Bayern Munich’s sporting director Max Eberl has confirmed Nicolas Jackson isn’t a “topic” for the German champions.
Jackson is expected to leave Chelsea before the transfer window closes, after falling down the pecking order following the arrival of both Liam Delap and Joao Pedro.
The Senegal international wasn’t part of the squad for Friday night’s win against West Ham, and Chelsea are working to find a solution for the striker.
Bayern Munich won’t be signing Nicolas Jackson
Chelsea are said to value Jackson at around £80m, but with the end of the window getting closer there’s an acceptance that price will have to drop.
The Blues are reportedly open to a loan deal, as long as the conditions are right and any deal would need to include an obligation to buy.

The race for Jackson is heating up, and the 24-year-old has interest from a number of clubs, although no official offers have been made yet.
Aston Villa are said to be pushing to sign Jackson, whilst there’s also interest from Napoli and Juventus, although one club he won’t be joining is Bayern Munich according to Eberl.
“Nicolas Jackson is no topic for us,” he said as quoted by Christian Falk on X.com.
With Bayern seemingly out of the race it still feels the most likely destination is Villa if they can get the finances together, but it wouldn’t be a surprise if there was another twist in this saga.
Chelsea still trying to sell Christopher Nkunku
Jackson isn’t the only forward Chelsea are looking to sell, with the Blues also trying to find a solution for Christopher Nkunku.

Bayern and RB Leipzig have shown interest, although they only want a loan deal, whilst both Chelsea and Nkunku want a permanent transfer.
Whether Chelsea’s stance changes towards the final few days of the window remains to be seen, with their current asking price reportedly £43m.
