Everton have rejected all approaches for Iliman Ndiaye, after receiving interest in the midfielder from Serie A and the Premier League.
Ndiaye was an instant hit in his debut campaign at Everton last season, scoring 11 times in 37 appearances across all competitions.
His haul included the final two goals scored at Goodison Park and transfer interest has emerged in Everton’s leading scorer from last season, from clubs around Europe.
Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur have both been credited as admirers of the 25-year-old, with the North London rivals each seeking left-sided attacking options.
However, Fabrizio Romano is reporting that Everton have rejected all approaches with Ndiaye seen as untouchable in the club’s plans.
Despite the additions of Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall and Jack Grealish to the squad, Ndiaye is considered a ‘crucial part of the project’.
The Senegal international joined Everton from Marseille for a fee in the region of £15m and is contracted at the Hill Dickinson Stadium until 2029.
