Which Barcelona players have not yet been registered with La Liga?

A fresh insight into the registration situation at La Liga champions Barcelona has this week come to the fore online.

This comes amid confirmation that a quartet of Blaugrana stars remain ineligible to take to the pitch in Spain’s top-flight at present.

The registration efforts of the Camp Nou brass of course dominated the headlines in the buildup to the club’s season opener this past weekend.

This came after Deco and co. were forced to work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that summer signings Joan García and Marcus Rashford were able to play their part against Mallorca.

In the end, both players did feature, en route to a 3-0 Barcelona triumph.

As alluded to above, though, the registration process remains far from complete in Catalunya’s capital.

As per a report from Marca, four members of Hansi Flick’s squad remain unavailable for selection at present.

The quartet in question? Roony Bardghji, Wojciech Szczęsny, Gerard Martín and Marc Bernal.

The expected departures of all of Iñaki Peña, Héctor Fort and Oriol Romeu should open the necessary space on Barca’s wage bill for these registrations to be completed.
